Q: Do you take PayPal?
A: We do! Be sure to carefully follow all of the steps to COMPLETE THE ORDER PROCESS on the PayPal site. You will be redirected back to shop.stellarkart.com when you are done and will receive emails from both PayPal and Stellar Kart.


If you exit the PayPal site and DO NOT complete the process, you will be charged by PayPal but we will not be notified of the order. If you only receive an email from PayPal, and you do not receive one from Stellar Kart within 4 hours of placing your order, forward the PayPal email to contact@stellarkart.com so we can look into things for you.


Q: Where is my order?
A: All orders are shipped USPS unless fed-ex is specified. Therefore the packages do not have tracking capabilities.


Q: I don't have a credit card or I don't want to use a credit card. Is there another way to purchase items?
A: Yes, we can manually process your order over the phone. Please call 1-866-605-6757. We do not accept checks.


Q: I am having problems ordering, can you help me?
A: There could be a number of issues. To use this site, you must have javascript and cookies enabled on your computer. You can find instructions on how to enable cookies here. Also, if you are running Safari on a Mac, you may experience some difficulties and layout problems.


Q: Why don't you have larger sizes?
A: The manufacturer we use for the girls shirts do not produce sizes above XL. We do carry some unisex shirts that have 2XL options, including our hoodies, so whenever we have those sizes in-stock they will be available online.


Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: Our prices are in US dollars.
